To help you get the best out of your new memory foam mattress, we strongly encourage you to read the Helpful TIPS below.
HELPFUL TIPS:
Tip #1
Remove the mattress from the packaging within 72 hours of receipt to maximize memory foam expansion. This product arrives very tightly packaged.
Tip #2
Unwrap and allow 24-72 hours for this product to return to it's orginal shape. Memory foam is very temperature senstive and may take up to 1 week to fully expand in colder climates during winter months. Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. Allow product to air for several hours. Due to machine-cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product. Zipper side is the bottom of the mattress and the cover is not designed to be removed. If removed this may void the mattress warranty.
Tip #3
After unwrapping the mattress, bonus pillow will be located either on top or underneath the mattress. The pillow may be difficult to see at first as the pillow was also compressed for compact shipping.
Tip #4
Your mattress will be delivered via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information will be generated 24 hours before delivery. If you don't receive your package within the next few days, please contact Live and Sleep Customer Support. An Live and Sleep Customer Support Representative will be more than happy to help you with all shipping questions.
